About
OnSalah exists for one reason: so that salah stops being the thing that gets squeezed out of a busy day.
Why it exists
Most people who miss salah aren’t short of faith. Their day was planned around everything else, and salah had to fit into the gaps. Prayer apps tell you the time; calendars plan your day; nothing put the two together. So we built a planner where the five salah are fixed points, and everything else moves around them.
What we hold to
Wherever you’re starting from is fine. The aim is all five, on time. Your progress is measured from where you started, so every salah you add shows, and one hard day doesn’t wipe it out.
Sourced, never invented. Every hadith or ayah is quoted from a published, referenced source; nothing religious is written or reworded by AI, and the app never gives rulings.
Privacy you can check. Your exact location and cycle mode never leave your phone, your salah log is kept only if you agree and then under a random number rather than your email, and plan notes are encrypted in our database. No ads, and your data is never sold.
Plain English first. Arabic terms where they belong, explained the first time.
